Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee during the year comprised Mr Tyrie as Chairman and Mr Jackson. Mr Tweeddale-Tye, the Executive Chairman, provides advice to the committee in relation to the other executive directors. The committee acts within agreed terms of reference to make recommendations to the board on the broad policy framework of the remuneration of executive directors and to determine the details of the pay, incentives, benefits and pension rights for individual executive directors. The committee met on two occasions during the year.
