The Directors intend to realise the value of Rugby Capital's portfolio over the next three to five years. Subject to the needs of the asset management business, which is not intended to be capital intensive, the capital released will be returned to shareholders.
This will leave the Group as an earnings-focused business without the drawback of the substantial discount of share price to net assets which has traditionally dogged the quoted property sector, particularly for smaller companies.
